Domestic (India):
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

- Shipping charges are Free with in India.
- All shipments are fully insured and trackable. Tracking details will be provided via email or SMS once dispatched.
International:
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance, typically 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are shared: we cover 50% of the shipping cost, and the remaining
50% is added to your final bill at checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking numbers will be shared once the order is shipped.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

For prepaid orders, cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the
original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, wrong product delivery, or damage during transit.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video and photos of the damaged or defective product.

Process:

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
- Items without original packaging or accessories.
