Cancellation Policy
  • Order Cancellation by Customer:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
    • To request a cancellation, email us at support@zareenenterprises.com or call us at +91-9145-6003-73 with your order ID.
    • Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may still refuse delivery at the time of arrival.
  • Order Cancellation by Us:- We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:
    • Non-availability of the product.
    • Pricing errors.
    • Payment issues or incomplete transaction.
  • In such cases, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Policy
  • Refund Eligibility:- Refunds are only issued in the following scenarios:
    • Damaged or defective product upon delivery.
    • Wrong item delivered.
    • Out-of-stock replacement is not available for defective items.
    Refunds are not issued for:
    • Buyer’s remorse or personal dissatisfaction after use.
    • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
    • Products returned after the return window.
  • Refund Timeline:- Once the return is received and inspected:
    • Refund initiation: Within 2–3 business days.
    • Amount credited: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Return & Replacement Policy
  • Return Window:- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be:
    • In original packaging,
    • Unused and undamaged,
    • With all accessories/manuals.
    Replacement:
    • For eligible defects or damage, one free replacement will be offered.
    • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • Exceptions (Non-Returnable Products):
    • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
    • Opened products without defect.
    • Appliances used for commercial purposes.
How to Request a Return or Refund:
  • Email us at support@zareenenterprises.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach:
    • Order ID,
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue,
    • Description of the problem.

    Wait for our team to validate your claim and approve return pickup or replacement.
